Meet our Burwood student: Nikola

This week we’ve been chatting to Nikola who is currently in Year 12 – Class of 2019.

When did you join Talent 100? Term 1, 2019

Which year are you currently in? Year 12

Which Talent 100 centre do you study in? Burwood

Subjects taken at Talent 100: Advanced Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and the MedStart UCAT Program

What’s the best part about studying at Talent 100? The Mentors are pretty good with sound knowledge. Plus the HSC-styled homework really helps with preparing for the actual HSC Examinations.

Have you tried our holiday programs? If so, how did they benefit your learning? I only did a revision course. It was good to recap everything that has been done in-term.

Can you share your number one study tip? I have made an HSC syllabus folder. Each week, I will review Talent 100 notes and put anything that I feel would be useful into that folder.

What’s a piece of advice you would give to other students? Ask questions in class. Mentors are there to help!

What are your career aspirations after completing high school? Anything about Science! In saying that, I would love to study cardiology in University.

What’s your hidden talent/something we might not know about you? I play soccer; I ski and I also debate at school. I am also a DANCER!
