Third Subject Free Promotion

1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to all existing or new customers who enrol in three or more term courses for Year 9 to 12 students Term 4, 2024.

2. Offer Period: This offer is valid for enrolments in Year 9 to Year 12 courses during the Term 4, 2024.

3. Discount: The promotion provides a 50% discount on the course with the lowest fee when a customer enrols in three or more Year 9 to Year 12 courses in the same transaction. The discount applies to a maximum of one course per student. If more than one student is contained in a transaction each student is eligible.

4. Redemption: The 50% discount will be applied to the 3rd course automatically at the time of enrolment through a single web transaction.

5. Exclusions: The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. It cannot be applied outside of the time of enrolment.

6. Refunds: Except in cases of service failure, if a customer requests a refund for a full-price enrolment, the 50% discount applied to the third course will be voided. The customer will be responsible for paying the full price of the previously discounted course. This additional amount will, if the business agrees to grant a refund, be deducted from the refund issued for the full-price subject.

7. Rights Reserved: The promotion may be withdrawn at any time and from the time of that withdrawal the discount is not available.
