My top 5 study tips
Practice Papers! I found that the best way for me to prepare for upcoming exams was to complete a lot of past papers. By doing past papers, you gain a better understanding of how they ask questions, and can mentally prepare for exam pressure.
Set up a plan for all the tasks you need to complete before your exams. I usually tried to set up a 2 week plan before exam weeks (3 weeks before my trials), and plan out when I would do practice papers and go over exam notes.
Always ask for help! Your teachers and tutors are your biggest assets for your HSC preparation. Don't feel like your alone during this journey. There are plenty of people, both at school with your teachers, friends and over here at Talent 100, who are willing to help you perform at your best.
Don't try to study for extremely long periods! Make sure to split up your study sessions and have regular breaks. This will let your brain absorb the content you have just covered, while also letting yourself rest up, and have more energy overall in the long run for your studies.
Never give up! No matter what your current results are, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Once you fine tune your techniques and better your understanding, hard work will only accelerate your development and academic progress.
