My top 5 study tips
Start studying with a fresh mind by cutting down on stimulation prior to work. You find work more tedious because it pales in comparison to the dopamine of social media or games.
Focus on feeling good while studying. Move to a fresh environment and take a few deep breaths to cleanse your mind and get it ready for some work.
The hardest part of studying is the start. Take action and study as soon as you think about work before your mind can think of lazy reasons not to.
Relax and game with intent and purpose rather than impulse. The feeling of being in control of your life is incredibly rewarding, and it will help avoid mindless gaming/social media sessions which I have been frequently caught in.
Open your mind up to what studying can be: problem solving, self-discipline, a way to mature and improve your character. A positive attitude towards studying will carry forward to your future.
