Top 5 Study Tips
Remember to take breaks consistently when studying for an extended period of time. This helps to maximise your efficiency as brain speed/power is reduced when overworked.
Food is your best company. A plate of fruit is perfect for replenishing your brain after hours of chugging through homework and/or exam revision.
Set up a rotation between studying for different subjects. This not only prompts your brain to work maximally, but also ensures you are well prepared for all your subjects.
Attempt practice papers before an exam. Whilst studying off your notes or textbook is important, having an idea of what you're going to be in for allows you to be better prepared.
Love your sleep. It might sound impossible with a billion exams looming ahead and hours of preparation still to do, but your brain needs a break and so do you.
